I walked into this store "just looking" and 20 minutes later after speaking with Geoff, I walked out with my first mountain bike. He made me feel comfortable making the purchase from them instead of someone else. He spoke of their history and the brands they carry/carried, why they don't have certain brands anymore, and how they do business and I really liked that. I didn't feel pressured, I didn't feel like I was wasting his time, I felt like he wanted me to be there and wanted me to make the best decision for what I wanted and what I was looking for. I will say, I will definitely be making the trip from Batavia back to this store for anything that I need from here on out. Also I will be recommending you guys to others. Thanks for the help and I love the bike!!

In the end I checked out every bike dealer in the cincinnati area and your groups help is what made me choose the bike. Although the weather has been crap I'm enjoying the Scott Scale 29 Team.
