For the price, one of the best spec'd XC hardtails in Trek's 2017 line. XT, SLX, Fox Float 32, Deore hydraulic brakes, Boost front hub. Bike is easily converted to 1x11 (SLX 1x front chainring is identical to XT and half the cost). Pictures don't do the red justice. Wheels are IMO entry level. They're ok rollers but a little heavy. On the plus side they're tubeless ready. It is odd that Trek chose to go Boost front but 142x12 rear instead of Boost rear. Upgrading wheels might be a pain IE: you won't be able to buy a Boost set. Tires are best for riding around the neighborhood and that's about it. Swap tires for what works in your area and let her rip! Zero buyers remorse!
