Kenda Small Block Eight (29er)

Slap on Kenda's Small Block Eight and get a knobby tire that hooks up well on hard pack yet gives you semi-slick speed. One of the fastest rolling tires in the Kenda line, the Small Block Eight has eight shallow knobs running across the tread for more bite and overall speed. Plus, the Dual Tread Compound offers a center tread with Kenda's L3R Pro compound for long life and durability while the cornering knobs are equipped with STICK-E rubber for fine cornering and grip.

    Comments:

I commute to work on city streets on weekdays. On weekends I do single track paths and other natural surfaces. These tires have been very good to me. Wire bead or foldable, doesn't matter. Both options are just as good.

      Comments:

I have used this tire for the past 3 years. I use it for rear tire only. I have heard it will clog in muddy conditions bit I don't ride in mud myself. Excellent longevity.
